Zarine Khan found the dream job for every woman when she was ordered to eat chocolate cakes for her role in Veer opposite Salman Khan.The Katrina Kaif lookalike, who had body-doubled for Katrina in Yuvraaj, was felt to look too svelte and elegant to play the role of an 18th century Indian woman. Salman is said to have regularly checked on her diet to make sure she was eating her share of cakes and pastries - she is said to have gained 10 pounds for her role as the Princess Yashodhara. "Veer required a leading actress who resembled a woman in the 18th century," said a source, "The women of the time were full-bodied and voluptuous. Zarine was too thin for the character and hence we asked her to gain weight."
 Meanwhile, Salman's other big debutante in Veer, former Miss UK Lisa Lazarus, is full of praise for her mentor. "Working with Salman has been the highlight of filming," she stated, "I got taught by the best. I hope to make him proud since I know how much Veer means to him."
Currently back in the UK, Lisa is not through with Bollywood yet. "After working in Bollywood, I've become a lot more aware of the industry," explains the highlight of the Swandea Life 2010 calendar, "Aamir Khan's Ghajini was the first film I got to see. I loved it. Aamir is talented. I'd love to get a chance to work with others, including John Abraham and Katrina."
